Idc developed an innovative program to counter act and mitigate the negative impacts of project delays. As most people consulting in inward investment projects will know and understand, this is a very common occurrence. Especially for those whose lives have been put on hold during the resettlement process.
The 6-stage participatory process required buy-in from the client, the PPP (public private partnership) government shareholders, the district council, various training service providers including government colleges and of course the beneficiaries of the program, the community members themselves.
The six stages include:

Start-up Grants and Access to Microfinance
